When you get those prerecorded calls, just hang up. Don't press 1, don't respond at all, and nothing will happen. They aren't any different than the "Urgent, your car warrantee is about to expire" calls I get every couple weeks (my newest car is 32 years old) or the ones that are from the "Internal Revenue Service" - they're just fishing for people who will respond to them.

The phone number on your caller ID is almost certainly spoofed so that's no help in tracking them down - they put up some fake number, but are actually calling from somewhere else.
