Is there a copy of the Billing History Card/PHS posted anywhere ?
It was mentioned this car was Code 9 on the Tranny - Wide Ratio
- was that ever confirmed against the car ?

Think i have more BHC's with 9 , than 8 - on 3.90 cars
But some of each.

I'm under the impression that it's not the original engine, but a "date correct" replacement. If it wasn't a drag car, why the engine replacement after a few thousand miles?

I think it’s the original engine since the EUN on block matches the POP number.

The EUN on the Block matches the EUN on the P-o-P.
Some errant lingo in past listings "might" have lead to an impression ...i'm guessing -idunno.

At some point it may have been stated the engine was date code correct - just in meaning the date was correct range - as a confirmation.
Someone may not have even been aware the EUN was on the P-o-P for cross reference. Or the date was only a double-check in a respect.

... its only a shame the car has some wop-sided features.
Heavy Detractions

They can ask any ransom they want, but .... ... .. .

It’s obvious Larry, Mr. bigpop (RIP) learned the truth about this particular 65 from the Original owner, which didn’t please Mr. Lis.

I personally know of another gentleman that had a conversation with Russell Pidima that shed light on the true mileage.

This car has more mileage than what’s shown. “Nuff Said”

Yeah, because warranty work would never be performed on any GM product and cars always leave the assembly plant with all of their correct date coded parts.

Any derogatory remarks towards any "original" vehicle by anyone that was not physically on the assembly line at the time said vehicle was built or did not turn a wrench at the servicing dealership on said vehicle, is nothing more than clear and total speculation. No more, no less.

I'm going to try to go see this car in the next couple of weeks.
Just to see it, not a buyer.

And visit the other 3 or 4 musclecar dealers in that area too.
Will be like a full day of going to indoor car shows.
