Do you have the address or a link? Old link no longer goes to the house listing. EDIT> Nm I see it in the photo caption. Thanks

It has an accepted offer on it but it's contingent on buyers selling their house.

In over 25 years of buying, building and selling real estate for a living, I have never accepted an offer with a Hubbard clause. Your seller has just doubled the number issues they need to deal with.

The location of this house was an issue. We're lucky we had any offers. We're set to close in a month. Loan is in underwriting as we speak.

It wasn't on for 3 years. After he couldn't sell it the first time he moved home and lived in it for a few years. Got the house of the flood plain and did a few improvements around the house. 36 days to offer this time around. About avg for the county.
