Default rear end 9"

On that 9" rear did you go with the chevy ends or new torino style ends? Also did you buy the third member at Strange or just housing and axles? The reason I am asking cause I want buy strange housing and axles for my 69 bird. But I herd the axles are cut differently than everybody else and they only fit their posi units, is this true? Sorry for so many questions.

This was complete from strange, minus brakes. Ford big bearings, gm bolt pattern for wheel studs. You will have to call strange for more axle info.

I have two sets of Strange axles. They are both for Dana 60, 35 spline and 40 spline. The only one different is the 40 spline axles. I know MW has a two style and you will need to let them know your setup.

I wish they would make a forged crank with them. Unfortunately whoever designed and helped with them didn't have the foresight.

Steve is going to have really nice street engine when we are done. I have used BME rods in several street builds through the years and some of my customers have close to 50,000 street miles on them. Very nice durable pieces for sure.

Making some more progress on Steve Pages DCI RA5 build. We have the short block assembled and ready for the heads as soon as I get them finished. Then we are ready for initial start up. Trying real hard to get this thing done or Steve by the end of the month. That way he has some time to get it i n the car and get it ready for Norwalk.

Steve's headers came in today and they look Awesome !!!!! We built the master for these so we knew that they would fit with minimal hassle and cussing LOL. These are 2 1/4" primary with a 4" collector. We can do them in any tube size up to 2 1/4". We went with 2 1/4" for Steve's engine because he is going to blow it eventually. Notice we notched all of the bottom bolt holes in the flanges so they can all be put in before sliding the header on.
