Default New wheels for garage dolly question

I have an old hd. dolly that I use to move stuff. The old wheels were worn out. Tried different places ended up at HF. Got the wheels. Notice last night bearings with races can work there way out of the wheel. Thinking of brazing them in. Or my question would epoxy of some kind work? The wheel is cad plated. The old wheels sure seem better quality than the new for running true. Thanks

Depending on how long ago you got the wheels(and how far you have to drive back to HF), it may be in your best interest to take them back and see if they will exchange them. I have bought a lot of stuff from HF and there is quite a bit of variance in quality between items that are supposed to be identical. I'm sure it has a lot to do with who is working/running the store, but the HF store I go to has been very good about replacing or refunding if a particular item craps out very shortly after purchase.
If you have had them for a while or the store is an inconvenience to get back to, I don't see why you couldn't rough up the 2 surfaces, smear a little JB weld on them and put them back together. I have yet to come across anything that JB weld won't hold as long as you make certain the surface is at least a little bit rough(I generally just run across it a couple times with a piece of 80 grit) and even more importantly makes sure the surface is clean and dry when you apply the JB weld. That's my 2 cents.
