Default 63 frame

hi everyone I was wondering if a 63 catalina frame is the same as a 63 grand prix I have a 63 grand prix parts car with a good frame and hate to crush it any information will help

If both hard tops yes.GPs are HT for sure.Tom

Grand Prix frame is boxed like the convertible.....will fit a Catalina but heavier and stronger.

The online parts database shows a different part number for the frame for 1964, although I don't know what the difference would be.

I suspect the 63 HT was boxed as the SD cars got the sedan chassis as it was lighter?Tom

Should fit.. One is the AO Smith frame and the other is Parrish frame... Both like to rust out right in front of the rear tires at the lower control arm box..
