Carbs are worth that alone if not frozen.Tom

Throttle is not frozen, they open and close with spring pressure. This came from the estate of a car collector, it was stored in his basement.

I thought '59 still had the vacuum diaphragm to open the end carbs?

... or has driven a couple laps of Nuerburgring with Tri-Power Pontiac power?(back in 1967)

I'm no expert so I have no idea. If they were originally vacuum these have been converted to mechanical.
