Default Who makes the best window & door weather stripping

Finally getting around to painting the 71 TA so collecting parts for reassembly. My question to the group is who makes the best fitting window & door weather steal kit? Was it Metro brand or Moog (maybe that was suspension rubber LOL) or some other brand I can't remember?
Thanks!

Am about to install a combination of NOS (window outer sealing strips), & Metro door weatherstrips. Have yet to buy the inner fuzzies to replace on my '72 T/A's original door panels. Roof rails... I've used Metro Gold in the past, with good results, but would love to hear feedback on Fairchild offerings.

I tried using the recommended Metro seals for the roof rails on my ‘71. Windows would not seal properly, seals were to hard even though the Metro’s are supposed to be the softest. I live near Steele Rubber in NC. Took a drive there and purchased theirs. Steele Rubber makes their seals right here in Denver, NC USA and they fit and work perfectly. About $100 for the roof rails. $160 for the doors. You will not be disappointed.

I will look into Steele, when its made.in north america and well made I will always support that!

Personally I specifically boycott North American businesses that moved they production offshore. Id rather recondition old parts than buy new offshore cheaply made repro crap. We need to bring manufacturing here in North America , thats Canada, US and Mexico for the ones that failed geography in high school lol.

Thanks mklinger, never heard of those guys & very happy to see they are made here in the USA. I’ll be getting a set from them.
Have you tried their window felt or is there another brand for those people would recommend?

For what it's worth, Metro's manufacturing facility is in Minnesota. I used their parts on my Bonneville and was satisfied, but of course that doesn't mean their parts for F bodies are accurate. https://metrommp.com

I was able to source new gm felts but I’d be curious if they make their own. A quick call to Steele would answer that.
