Nothing like knowing what you're selling.

Love this line...
"I believe it was also an option for GTO"

IIRC it was the very rare "economy" optioned GTOs had the OHC 6

I just posted the ad. I don't know Sprint engines very well, but it has a 4-barrel intake with it.

Is that a '69 motor. Looks like a late air cleaner with the heat door in the air cleaner

No Mike I saw that it wasn't your ad.
I was just amazed anyone would make such a statement,
clearly not a PONTIAC person at all

That 9787# on the block is '67

That is a miss mash of parts, as Jeff has stated it is a 230 Block, 1bbl Motor, I have no Idea what Air cleaner is installed on the 1bbl engine. Definatly a 68 or newer air cleaner judging preheater on it. Also a clue to it not being a 69 engine is this engine has the external thermostat bypass hose from the water pump to the thermostat housing that was used 66-68. And it has the 3 bolts holding the top front timing bolt cover so that is also a 66-68 style. And the small Harmonic balancer that would have the bolt on 2nd pulley that was used 66 & 67.
Does have some good parts for about 1/2 the asking price in my humble opinion.
