Redgto366 - did you ever PHS this car ?
What did it say ?

If you decided not to, but have the VIN, 2 of the A body plants didn't build Judges in 1970. Framingham and Atlanta. So if it was built in either of those, its definitely not a Judge.

70 455HO Judge will look like a Ram3 Auto Judge on the PHS Invoice.
Without a Buildsheet or VIN# Engine, you'd have to check frame codes/numbers.

Yep . . .

Here's the invoice for Gary Cave's '70 Judge 455 'vert. No engine option listed, as it was a no-cost option over the standard Judge RA III engine.

Anyone know the history of this car?

A friend from DC claims a Congressman from MA (Conte) owned a red Judge ragtop with a 455. Car came from a PA dealership according to the invoice, but that doesn't rule it out.

OK Diego - no worries. I should have realized you were referring to the invoice that I posted!

Unfortunately I have no knowledge of who might have owned that Judge before it came into Gary Cave's hands.
