If I ever buy a Harley, it'll be a V-Rod. Otherwise, I like the look and feel of my Honda 1100 Shadow Spirit. Classic looks without getting too retro, which I don't like.

I was thinking about buying a Harley this year, but after seeing the V Star, I'm reconsidering. Heard a lot of good things about the V Star 1100. They look really nice and will probably last longer than a Harley. I have seen some for sale around $5,000.00 - not bad for such a nice bike.
Sooo... what did you end up buying - the H-D, the V-star or are you still looking?

I still like my VTX 1800. I'm also envious of gman26's driveway.

Still looking, a little undecided. I think I'm going to focus on the VStar. Haven't looked at the dealerships yet; probably need to go out and talk to them and hear some differnet opinions. I also need to get my Motorcycle License.

Still got that Virago 750 in the garage, need to get that thing running, get my license and plunk down the cash.

Had a closer look at a 2002 VTX - WOW! Really nice!
I think I'm sold on the VTX. Just need to find the right one.
