06 18s on a 4th gen bird
got a set of new 06 18s and thinking of trying them on my 97 Bird.
It seems like the bolt pattern is same but the center hole is smaller.
Anyone try this yet?
Whats a new set going for?

The bolt pattern is close, but not the same. Yes, people put them on and drive them, but the centerlines of the bolt holes and the studs are off. Use at your own risk.

I think those are fairly hard to come by, you may want to Ebay them and get a similar wheel that fits and you should have cash to spare?
Here is the only auction I could find:

thats funny I looked at ebay yday under 06 GTO not 2006.
I only have 3 and one has a slight amount of curb rash even tho its
off a brand new car(only transport miles)
Youre right its about .6MM off, which would be .3MM off each lugnut.
Ill just have to look for a set of 17 inch Vette wheels or some TT2

OK wheels are up for sale or trade for 17 TTIIs for 4 th gen.
I only have 3 but have found a 4th. These have 3 miles (yes thats right)on them.Look in the for sale section for newer cars.

Same as any forum, you have good ones and bad ones. But generally newbs are well received!
