Not necessarily helpful to this thread, but I am restoring a 66 GTO that was originally purchased at Marchese Pontiac. Unfortunately, no dealer paraphernalia came with the car, as it was a basket case. If my deck lid is original, there was no holes drilled for a dealer emblem on mine.
