Default Ram air exhaust manifolds / clutch return spring

My 65 has a hose clamp around the ram air exhaust manifold to anchor the
Clutch return spring.
When I am enjoying my car and shifting.. Lol. Exhaust resonance (ringing)
Travels up and through the clutch pedal.

Any ideas on how to reduce or stop this are appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

There should be a small hole in the exhaust down pipe fitting where it bolts to the exhaust manifold.
The spring should be hooked thru that hole. I would start there and see if it helps.
