Some strange pictures/angles/targets It doesn't say the tranny is gone - or still there - and no picture evidence to tell either way. But did see the front portion of a console and the 3 pedal arrangement. Spinners, wood wheel, padded dash, console are good starts on a solid body. I had a 78XW 4spd 3.23posi Marimba Red/Black fixxer-upper in the late 80's If it had been in the condition of this one - i would still have it today. 64 Hoods are repopped now, and said to be good items Hope whoever gets it is a PY member or joins PY, would really like to see the PHS for this car as to where it sold new. Thanks for linking us to this one Thews |

Every once in awhile you come across a true unicorn on eBay... this is one of them. A 72 Lemans convert 4-speed with a 455 HO. You couldn't have this car with a GTO, so it's really special. At $90K I think this car is cheap for what it is. When I see pro street cars asking $90K I wonder who would actually have one of those over this?

PY member TheBoss owns it
It's one of those ultra ultra low low production number cars Great Options and Colors make it almost too good to be true. |

Car looks familiar.
Think it's been for sale for the last few years. Neat car, Rare no doubt. 1 of 1 possibly, this might be cheap for what it is. |

67 red/red Firebird convert in Ohio at $31.1K. It's only been up for a few hours, so it's highly suspect that this bid is real. It's a 326 car with a 400 upgrade, so while red/red is rare, it's not a red 400, though it is a nice car. I'll bet you a wooden nickel this car will end early unless it gets one more bid. No engine pics.

I bought it and am suspicious that some parts like the front end fenders possibly are. .

Here's an interesting 68 Firebird in Florida and I'll just call it the "money pit". It claims to have $26K in the engine alone and another $26K in paint. I don't like the two-tone paint, but it is tasteful. The car isn't finished (interior) and he's asking $49K BIN and it's at $15K with a reserve. It'll prolly cap out at $22.5K and go unsold. One of the "features" (if you want to call it that) is the smooth firewall. I personally don't get why that's cool? I grew up in CA in the 70's as a teen so I know what "radical" cool mods are, but to me it just seems like a waste of money... like painting the bottom of the car. I don't want to hate this car and I don't. I would actually love to drive it, though there's many, many things I would have done differently. Once again, if you build your dream car, it's your dream that the end result represents.
