Default Rear seat / trunk divider

Two questions regarding the rear seat / trunk divider.

1. Jute toward the trunk?

2. How is it attached to the structure?

Thanks

Jute towards the trunk.

It’s not so much “attached.” It will have ears and a couple perforated flanges. The ears hold it up in place using the seat brackets and the perforated edges fold up and are encapsulated by the metal bolsters that take up the space between the seat and the side of the body.

Thanks, I will get the heat going in my garage this weekend and take a better look. Will be covering the one side with sound deadening mat first.
