Default Brought home another Goat

My son and I went to Michigan yesterday and brought home this 65 hard top have to run PHS yet but it has the 5N Pontiac code original 4 speed . Last on the road in 1982 .Body is very solid and straight . well worth the 900 + mile trip.
This should be a fun car to do as we do it I'll try to add pictures no frame off just a face lift on the frame

looks to be a solid car to start with but man those are some awfully small tie-down straps to use on a 900 mile haul
keep us posted w/pics

Nice find and the car looks good. I hope to do the same with my son when he gets older.

Maybe the PHS will come back as a 3x2 car. There is nothing better than opening that packet and seeing "WS" in the engine code. [I'm now grinning ear to ear as I remember that flashback]

Have fun and take a ton of pictures.

Not one . the 16 years it was there it just sat in a garage.
gto john when my wife ran phs for me on my 64 vert and it came back 3x2 I know just what you are talking about .
Old Blue it'sprettty complete .but most everthing it needs I have except the correct 65 shifter . The current motor is a 428 . but I have a 65 389 and a 65 tri power set up .still toying on how to proceed .extra parts came with the car too extra front bumper tail light bezels and grils . the important thing is the ralley gage cluster is in place .

I bet on a WS tripower car. Alot of blown up tripower cars will receive a 428, 400 in its place. Lets see the PHS!
