While rebuilding the rear differential for my 78 Trans Am, I bought a bunch of AC Delco parts thinking they would rival the original parts.

I was disappointed as all of it was made in other countries.

To be fair it all looks like good stuff for the most part, but I did have to grind on the wheel cylinders as they interfered slightly on the backing plates. I looked and sure enough there was a slight difference in the both the L & R castings vs. the originals.... that pissed me off. Couldn't they at least have looked at the original drawings? Sheesh.

Time will tell as to how they hold up as that car won't be on the road for a long time.
