Carburetor Spacer for Sprint engines (benefits) ?
Has anyone ever tried to see if there is any benefit for a carburetor spacer under the Qudrajet used on a Sprint engine. Any performance or fuel economy benefits ? Just wondering and if so how thick and which brand, home made, etc... ? Thank you.

check for hood clearance before you go wild
non metal ones work best phenolic or (hold on) plywood sandwich
