Here is the word from Greg. Action needs to be taken right away if we want this to happen. Hi Craig, I have breaking news:

THE STRIPES ARE ON.

Ralph has collected enough funds to do one color. He needs an infusion of funds to do the remaining. He said he had a waiting list of three. I told him I had commitments of 10 or more. He was ecstatic to hear that.

Here’s how it will work:

Please tell the forum members to call Ralph Greinke at Stencils and Stripes THIS WEEK and tell him they will prepay Ralph for a stripe kit.

He already has the letters printed, from a separate source this time since some folks had issues with the previous letter sets.

Stripe kits will be run within two weeks after receiving presale funds.

We really need the guys to buy this week and let Ralph know the Trans Am community is serious about their stripes and commitment to bringing these back. The more presale funding received, the more kits made and the more time before the next drought! I’m buying one of each myself!

Thank you CRAIG for once again kicking me in the ass to make the stripes a reality... AGAIN. Greg

The S&S kit I have is from 1996 and still in the box - I call it NOS....Lol. But, I figured they are not the same stripes that Greg worked so hard on so I just talked to Ralph and I'm on his list now.

I called Ralph today to get my name on the list. He is a very nice man to deal with btw. Ralph said that all the details for placing the master order with his supplier/contact, would be worked out by next week with deliveries made in December.

I ordered a set for my 71 project T/A just to help make this happen. Ralph was super nice on the phone and sounded happy he was getting calls for these. Should be ready for the stripes on my car in about 10 years after paint or they will go with the car at the estate sale when they pry open the barn doors.
