Default Front suspension torque values?

Car is '67 LeMans with disc brake conversion. I've done some searches and looked in my vintage chilton manuals but I can't find all the torque values for the front end.

I need the torque values for:

pitman arm to steering box
center link nuts torque
tie rod ends
upper ball joint
lower ball joint
steering arm to spindle bolts
UCA shaft to frame nuts
LCA to frame bolts

Lower ball joint: 85-100.
Steering arm to spindle bolts: 60-75.

The lower control arm bolt torque sounds high, that bolt/nut isn't that big. The rest seem dead on. Thanks!
