What is a full size 12 bolt worth?
I have a 12 bolt rear end that has been in the shed for probably 20 years that I have decided I don't really need but I'm not really sure what it's worth. It is a passenger car 12 bolt that measures roughly 63.5" wheel mount to wheel mount. I haven't determined what is in it for gears. It has no brake drums and the bracket for the left upper trailing arm has been torched off.
I was considering asking $250 for it. Am I in the ball park? That number was just a guess on my part as I really haven't dealt much with 12 bolts. Thanks in advance for any guidance. Justin

Check ebay and franks pontiac parts. Frank' s price is probably 150% of what you can get.

I bought a 69 camaro 12 bolt posi to put in my 68 FB. $1k + $300 shipping, $CDN. In AZ I bought, from a local shop, a built 12 bolt. Narrowed, ford ends, truetrac, 3.42 gears, $2k USD. These are 8 year old prices.
