Default Happiness

Happiness is:

Coming in for a coffee break, and finding the wife has just finished baking a large batch of Christmas cookies, and needs a "cookie tasting tester"!

Of course, one cannot form a definitive opinion without tasting multiple samples

Jon.

Yup,

My wife did the same.

My coffee and Christmas cookies with pics of proof.

The evidence is slowly disappearing.

When my wife bakes cookies I like to eat the "rejects", we would not want to give out the "bad" ones. I always volunteer to take care of those.

When my wife bakes cookies, I get the undercooked, overcooked, misshapen ones. The perfect/good ones are for 'other people'.

The pandemic made me appreciate simple things in life. Eating good food, spending quality time with my loved ones and good health are the things I will forever be grateful for.
