Default fuel sender resistance

I remember they changed the resistance of the fuel sender but I don't remember what year it was. Also what was the resistance before and after? Would anyone know if this happened all across GM at that time?
Thanks

64 was 0-30 and I believe it changed for 65, 0-90.
more modern stuff is 30-250 for a more accurate / stable reading.
Not sure if GM did this all across the board, but probably.
