I HAVE A BUILT 400 WITH STREET CAM
I AM GETTING NEEDLE BOUNCE ON MY VACUUME GAUGE AND AM CONNECTED TO THE INTAKE VACUUME PORT. ANY IDEAS? THE PLUGS ARE BURNING CLEAN. POSSIBLE ROCKER ARMS NOT ADJUSTED CORRECTLY? I HAVE HYDRAULIC LIFTERS THANKS FOR ANY SUGGESTIONS! |

Try a glycerin (spelling?) filled guage.

just for kicks try another full time vac source, maybe the tree on the back of the carb or the vac modulator port if a qjet. If you are connected to one runner of a dual plane, manifold you will get a true fluctuation due to natural pulsing.
