Default 1115238 Ignition Coil ohms

Hi. What are the primary and secondary ohm readings for the Delco ignition coil part #1115238. Second question. I have coils #1115214 with a secondary resistance ohms reading of 7.790, and a coil #1115238 with a secondary ohm reading of 10.650. Would the #238 coil since it has a higher ohm reading create a "better" spark plug spark, resulting in a more complete burn of fuel in the cylinder? Any thoughts would be appreciated.
Thanks, Todd
