Default 68 GTO 10 Bolt rear axle run out" Right Stuff Detailing 4 wheel power disc upgrade

Howdy Y'all I am working on my buddies 68 GTO hard top doing a "Right Stuff Detailing "4 wheel non power to 4 wheel disc brake upgrade.

What A PITA. so today's problem is when the car goes left it makes a scuffing noise out of Left Rear that goes away when brakes are applied .

I have been looking to find the axle run out for this type of 10 bolt NO "C" clip the 4 bolt flange mount.

I am really chasing my tail at the moment & asking for some help .

Thank you all very much.
