Default Hardtop Roof Rail Weatherstrip

This is a question for my '65 Skylark hardtop, but since it uses the same weatherstrip as a Tempest (or so it seems), I thought I'd post it here. I hope nobody's upset by the Buick question...

My old weatherstrip started whistling when I had to adjust the passenger door back a little to clear the fender. That side of the car took a hit at some point, and fit and finish is a compromise all the way around, so anyway... Anyone have success with a specific brand/vendor? It seems like SoffSeal is sold out through their vendors. Ames does have a set that they say is softer than past reproductions. I want to buy a pair where I can close the door without slamming it.

Thanks!

I had excellent results with the weatherstrip seals from Steele Rubber Company. Here is a link to their site:https://www.steelerubber.com/

Steele is pricey, but the best. Well worth the extra coin.
