'65 Pontiac Courtesy Lamps
I have a few dash harnesses for '65. One I recently removed from a Bonneville has an extra pair of wires (white w/black stripe) that appear to be related to courtesy lamps. Other harnesses I have don't have these extra wires.
On the left side, it's taped to the same wire that goes to the door switch, on the right side it has a female terminal a couple feet back from the end, but appears to end near the right door jamb. Could these be for lamps that lit the floor near the kick panels? I can't remember back 5 years ago when I removed it, and floor lighting isn't mentioned in any Pontiac literature that I've found. If they're floor lamps, what did they look like?

The only mention of a Black\white stripe wire is for ammeter. Now I'm wondering as well. Never saw any other courtesy lights beyond whats on the dash though.
