I've always been used to threads on forum websites as being read with the original post first, followed by subsequent replies. This website I noticed lists the most recent reply first, and then you have to click to the last page to see what the original question was that was asked. Is there a way to flip this? Thanks

In the upper left corner, click on User CP. That will open up the various preferences you have set for viewing the forum. On the left side of the screen you'll see a column labeled Your Control Panel. Scroll down in that to Settings & Options and click on Edit Options. That opens another window, scroll down to Thread Display Options, and click on Thread Display Mode. There you can set it so oldest posts are shown first.
