Default Endura Bumper Hood Fit Standard Bumper Car?

Will the hood off of a 72 LeMans endura bumper car fit on a 72 LeMans with a standard bumper front? I was told they were different but would like a second/stronger opinion.

Thank you,
John

You would have to change the whole front clip to a endura bumper front clip for the hood to fit.

it's funny you should ask this right now, someone has grafted the two hoods together on this car on ebay.

I gotta say, somebody did a real nice job on that hood. That actually looks like something Pontiac would have done.

That scoop doesn't look like it's from a 71-72. It does look good, compared to the cost of a endura swap.

To the original poster gto hood is longer than the lemans hood., On the lemans, the radiator support and the front header panel would prevent the hood from closing.

What if GM had continued production of the 1970-72 GM A body somewhere in the southern hemisphere?
