Default 1970 Ram Air III stock - noisy valve rocker

I have a stock, never rebuilt, 1970 Ram Air III 400 with roughly 70,000 miles.

I believe it has a noisy valve / rocker. My understanding of the RA III motor from 1970 is the rocker arm retaining nut is torqued to 20 ft-lbs with no adjustability.

Before I pull valve covers off and look for a noisy rocker, what can I do even if I do find one that is noisy? Is my only option to check the torque on the nut to see if it's loosened up?

Thanks for the help

Thats about it.
Changing the culprit(s) over to adjustable rocker nuts likely won't resolve anything in the rattle department.
Bottomed Out - is - Bottomed Out , on the stud.

probably will end up being a lifter or cam lobe. Or both

[unrelated]
Also probably about time to replace the timing chain/gears
