MI
1 - Last digit of two digit year - this means 1971, 1981...

• Number directly to the left of the valve stem is month
• Number directly to the right of the valve stem is day
• Two letter code to the RIGHT of the valve stem is Wheel code - JA

MI 7 (0) 15 JA

(zero in parenthesis represents valve stem hole)

Hey Jim, sorry for the delay, still trying to get with the sand blaster where they are. I just found out today he's been trying to call me but has had the wrong #, so I left him another message with my correct # and we'll see what happens there.
