Default Is the 67 the same for a 68 or 69?

I think I have one for a 1969 that I bought in the early 90's. It would be buried in my parents attic some where.
Have you done any research on these?

The 1969 Pontiac Accessories brochure I have doesn't indicate a ski rack was available as a factory or dealer installed option. It's possible your car might have an aftermarket unit on it, or possibly a rack originally sold through a Pontiac dealer for an earlier model. If you ever have an opportunity to dig through the attic I would be curious to see a picture of what you have. If what you have holds luggage as well as skis it might be what I'm looking for. If you have a device that is designed to carry skis only, it is probably an aftermarket item which was sold through retail ski shops as well as car accessory vendors.

My 69's never had one installed. I just used to collect obscure option's. I'm sure its a NOS Pontiac part or else I wouldn't have bought it years ago. But I'll have to go digging this weekend.
BTW, other than the factory listed option publication from the dealer showroom, did you look in the dealer installed options publication that the parts guys would have...to see if luggage racks are listed in there? I have that buried somewhere too... (its been a while)

Default Luggage rack

My apologies, the NOS luggage rack I found buried in my parent's attic appears to be for a 1970's Firebird or Camaro. For your reference, the part number on the unopened GM box was 955193, in case you wanted to find out what else this could have been used on. Sorry I wasn't able to help you.
