Default 73 SD 4spd Brewski

73 SD 4spd Graveyard Green coming up for sale at Mecum Indy in May
Sold new at Wilde Pontiac in Wisconsin
Estimated $250-300k
Right now I would bet on the Over
The last 2 Y-Code 455 Brewski cars went above expectations

It looks like it has a 4-wheel drive. I love the car but don't know why a high-end car like that doesn't have a stock like suspension.

And for my personal taste and preferences, that's the perfect 73. SD, 4spd, Brewster, rally IIs, no AC and no console. Perfect.

Probably 5 leaf rear springs. However, even Eaton springs are 99% over arched, and rated higher than advertised.

I like the colors / options on this one they're auctioning, too:

Low mile '74 in Admiralty Blue over Tan with 400/4-speed and no A/C; just needs a few details addressed

I like that car too. It's got just a bit of mojo.

I guess I must be getting conditioned to seeing cars that are too high because this one looks pretty good to me.

That car is seriously over-sprung.

Optioned almost identically to my car - that Admiralty Blue / Tan combo looks great. Odd tire choice.
