Tim, yes I agree. A rust free 69 is a great start to any project. Especially here in the rust belt. Do you need someone to ride along & drive it back? I never been to El paso lol nick

I agree, floor mount stick shift is a nice bonus. What limits its value is the 6 in the VIN will turn off most buyers planning to 400 it and that paint job has to go which can cost as much as the car.
I hope it stays OHC
