Original 73-74 Pontiac SD-455 Cylinder heads.
Sold as a pair Rare casting with full part number (485216) cast rather than #16 on exhaust ports as stated in Pontiac Pete McCarthy book. Fully rebuilt and ready to bolt- on. These have had a full valve job and gasket surface cleaned for flatness, all new parts including new Ferrea Stainless Steel valves guides, locks, retainers, seals Springs are for a Hyd roller camshaft Previous builder had filled exhaust crossovers to increase performance and balance exhaust pulse. SD-455 heads have pushrod tubes that break into intake ports from the factory. Previous builder applied some epoxy to some ports where tubes break into ports to assure seal and possibly improve flow
