Default 72 455 YC Motor 7m5 heads 131k cam recomendations

Looking for a driver quality camshaft something closer to stock bu with a little more mid range looking at the crower 690243 is this to much cam ?. Just a nice driver cam nothing radical just got rid of that.

Yes, I think that is too much cam for your compression and stock setup. My recommendation is:

Stock springs: Lunati 10510312 307A2 221/230 .454/.454

Aftermarket springs: Lunati 10510702 60902 220/227 .468/.489
