1969 250 SPRINT ENGINE & TRANS PARTS
Well gang here is the preliminary list of offerings from the ’69 250 4bc engine & 3 speed Trans.
This motor has been sitting for some time and to my amazement I have been able to break free 95% of the nuts & bolts. Still have to tear down the short block/rotating assembly but have most parts off, inspected and ready to offer. At this time I have priced all parts based on condition and availability, so as we all know some of these parts are just not that easy to come by. If you want it then act fast as I will be going down the list before bartering. I will contact/offer the parts requested to those who have asked in the order they came in. So please be patient while I sort this to be fair to all. Most important is to remind everyone that this is NOT a business its my hobby and how I support my Pontiac addiction  If you buy something and upon receipt feel it is not what you expected as with anything I sell, I will take it back. shipping is always based on your location and how you wish it shipped. If I offer shipping in any deal, USPS is my primary choice and has not failed me yet, slow & cheap like me .PARTS FOR SALE; BREATHER ASSY. 85$ Lid needs to be re-plated but no major dents. CARBURATOR.75$ Been soaking and have been able to free it up and loosen all screws clearly needs to be restored but is a great complete carb; Throttle bracket not included. LINKAGE ASSY. 95$ Includes all the hard to find throttle related brackets and cable. INTAKE-EXHAUST MAN.150$ Nice matched set and the only breakage were the 2 small screws holding the choke gate moves freely and studs came loose. FUEL & VAC LINES.20$ VACUUM FITTING ASSY’.20$ CHOKE. 20$ Housing is pitted but spring still good. HEAD.95$ I was able to free up all valves but several are toast. Great numbers correct rebuild-able head. CAM-CAM HOUSE W/FOLLOWERS.200$. To my amazement in excellent condition needing a polish and re-parkerizing; Tappets & Followers are all good as well and kept in order. ACCESSORY HOUSING.25$ Real nice low mile part. DISTRIBURATOR.25$ Nice no excessive play in shaft and over all nice number correct part. CRANKSHAFT & RODS.125$ Condition to be determined HARMONIC BALANCER.100$ Great Hard to Find core. Has not slipped per the index lines but rubber is dry. BLOCK.95$ Has never been decked, but would need cylinder work. OIL PAN.80$ Almost 100% dent free ENGINE MOUNTS & FRAME BRACKETS.125$ Fit all year Firebirds OEM MOLDED HOSES.25$ All GM numbered/molded hoses still very pliable great for reference. FAN, SPACER & PULLEY.25$ BELT COVER.25$ Complete in decent shape. STARTER.25$ Core; have not tested it. BELL HOUSING.80$ With hardware & fork. BELL INSPECTION COVER PLATE.50$ Another hard to come by part. FLYWHEEL.95$ 3 SPEED SAGINAW TRANS.95$ I have a date correct '67 as well. BRAKE-CLUTCH PEDAL ASSY’. 125$/SOLD More details and pics (if needed) to follow. Thanks.
