2001 GP GT Coupe Ground Effects Bracket

Anyone know where you can buy the steel brackets that run along the bottom of the ground effects? Our daily driven 01 GP has 180,000miles and has lived through 20 PA winters. The car is in good shape but these brackets seem to be the worst for wear.

It looks like they are replaceable. Any help or info is greatly appreciated.
