I'm from Jacksonville (near Anniston and Talladega) and even though I'm in Georgia now, I'm nearby so I get back over there every month or so. Might go over this weekend to tailgate with my cousin at the Jax State Game.

I damn well better know about it if you do. My son marches with the Southerners (plays a 20J) and we see all the home games and some of the away.

Yeah, I know some folks frown on the air cleaner sticker, but I like it. Actually its a 428 hiding under there I'm currently getting a tri-power unit together to replace the 4-barrel. Vid of the GTO http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cUHC-Z8xhtg

The color is 2010 GM Cyber Gray Metallic. Its seen a lot on the new Camaro.
Originally the GTO was red, with parchment interior. A nice combination, but I'm just not a red kind of guy, and I thought the parchment wouldn't go well with the gray. It is a base GTO with barely any options, and none of the original drivetrain remained when I bought the car 30 years ago, so originality was not a high priority. From summer of '83, just after I bought it at age 16 Fall of '83, just painted '73 GM medium blue
