Shouldn't the tubes be equal length? I'm not sure how they're supposed to be, that's why I pay the expert. They sure look nice. That picture is on my desktop now. $700 wallpaper...

Many months have passed since we last heard O ports were about a week away from shipping. Any news?

Can someone who knows this guy stop by his house and see if he's still alive? Maybe a car fell on him a year ago and nobody's noticed! This is bull****, I've asked for either the headers or a refund. Never a reply. I'm too far away to do anything about it so I just sit here and cry myself to sleep night, after night, after night. Almost 400 nights now.
Can't the PY community have an intervention or something?

topdown,

Unfortunately I have also requested a refund and from what I can tell, it ain't happenin'.

I guess it's like they say, you can't get blood out of a turnip. The dude doesn't have the money to even finish the headers much less give us a refund. Basically I have sort of just wrote that off and if a set ever shows up, I'll either use them, or if I have already bought a set of Doug's or something else, I'll just sell them here on the forums or on e-bay. I'll never pay anyone up front again.

Well if I don't either get headers or a refund I'll be seeing the local court. Even if I can't get any money or product in the near future, I'll put a blemish on his credit record and the title of any property he might own, that he'll have to clear up someday. The longer it takes, the more interest he'll pay on the money owed!

I just hate the prospect of going the legal route...but geez...15 months of waiting and counting. No updates since last summer...just rumours floating round this board. No responses to emails or phone calls...this has gotten simply ridiculous...never seen anything like it.

Buddy in southern California is a lawyer and suggested pooling all involved and start a class action suit. But given all the personal troubles Ron has had on this project, I'm still reluctant to go down that road. However, if he continues to ignore all these customers...well?

Have you guys tried the number on his site? I agree, this is FREAKING RIDICULOUS and I got my set from the first run. I feel bad for ever recommending Ron now to anyone for his headers, which really were good when they were being made. At this point, I'd also be looking at legal options. There is simply no excuse for being late on delivery this long.

Anyway, my set is sititng in the corner of the garage as they can't be use don the LS1. Bidding starts at....?

:P

But seriously. Rediculous.

I've tried emails, private messages on three Pontiac boards, website phone # and his home phone #. Paypal won't refund after a certain amount of time and I know we've all waited longer than that pay period. I always use a credit card for problems but in the year and a half my credit union changed credit card companies and closed out the one I used. Usually they will take the funds back for goods not received or not as stated but I can't go that route anymore.

it does appear to be a sticky wicket for those of us that have been waiting. no parts, no refund, no info.
i wonder since ron had indicated that he had the pipes already cut but was unable to get them welded if i paid a welder to do mine would i get them?
i know it's not supposed to work like that, but i don't know of another suggestions that may work.

This situation is terrible. Originally I was pretty excited to see Ron's banner up on the TAC site and hear that he was in production. Now I just feel disapointed that both the integrity of the man and his product are in question.

I dug up Ron's cell number to drop him a line so maybe I could post what the story is, but the number I have is disco'd. If I were in your position, I guess I wouldn't be much interested in stories at this point anyway. My impression from my dealings with Ron early on it that he would never set out to take anyone's money and that is still my belief despite all that he has promised and so far hasn't delivered. Sorry guys.

Delays from unforseen happenings would be acceptable if we only had some communication. Heck even if he said it was'nt going to ever happen and he was broke would be better than what we've got so far.
