'71 455: Throttle/Cruse Control cable mounting pin on Edelbrock
I have a '71 455 that has cruise control mounted along with the throttle cable. As shown in the picture below, the original carb had a long pin both mounted to. This pin was part of the old carb arm. Does anyone know where I can get a pin like this so I can mount these on an edelbrock carb?
Thanks |

you might have to get this and bastardize it a bit: https://www.manciniracing.com/hocathlest5.html
or this https://allcarbs.com/product/throttl...v=920f83e594a1 BTW, love the mud dobber nest. Excellent work!

I'll look this morning when I get to the shop. Pretty sure I have some in spare parts...

Thanks, Cliff, much appreciated.
The dobber next is there because I build this car (1971 Grand Safari) as a daily driver for my wife. She rear ended someone and it sat for several years while I gathered the parts to put it back together. |

If you strike out, just go to your local Ace Hardware or Lowes and pick up a hitch pin, clip and bushing. They have various sizes and lengths.
