Default Formula Steering Wheel conversion parts- $28

Nearly everything that I can think of that you'd need to switch over to a T/A formula style steering setup. Here is the hub, horn relay, relay retainer, dust cap, dust cap retainer (bent but can be recurved), column nut and one steering wheel hub screw. IIRC, that means you need the other 5 steering wheel screws and the small wire from your current horn relay to convert over to the formula wheel. No breaks, no junk. Paint and install. Date code 1977. $28 for the setup shipped to the lower 48. Other places higher.
