Default Repop floor mats?

After 40 years the floor mats in my 79 have become brittle and hard, they have cracked and are falling apart. I recall at one time someone was reproducing the factory floor mats. However now I can't seem to find them anywhere. I need the black with the GM logo. Any ideas?

This is what I got,

https://www.ebay.com/itm/1973-87-GM-....c100005.m1851

Thinner than the original but good quality otherwise.

Been available for years and use the original tooling, the only issue is the colour matching on a few of the sets like red or tan.

NPD has them for $59. Those are the ones I used. Matched the originals pretty well.

As NOS dealer accessory parts, certain colors of the late 70's "rubber" mats were very hard to find just a few years after our late 2nd Gen Birds were new. Experienced this in late '81 with the '78-80 camel tan mats, finally found some on a tracker, then bought more, years later when eBay first took off. Desiring to keep them in nice shape, they need to be put up inside in climate control, when not installed in the car.

Those mats are made by Rubber Queen and, I believe, still are. The Carmine Red is spot on for matching the original. I still have my originals.

I'm happy with the quality of these repros. Very, very close to OEM.

There's a reason they are close to original.

Yes. Rubber Queen was the OEM supplier to GM back then.
