Default Auto Paint Shop Recommendations in S.E. MI or Northern Ohio

Can anyone recommend a place around S.E. MI or Northern Ohio to have my 69 Firebird painted? It needs very little body work but I would like a quality paint job. Nearly every shop around me wants to do quick high profit collison work or wants around $25,000. I found 1 guy who wants $10,000 if I remove and install all the trim which isn't a big deal but it would be nice to have a few other options. Certainly there must be quality reasonable priced places within an hour or 2 of me.

I've used J&M Collision in Troy Michigan quite a bit. They are at 15Mile (Maple) and Rochester Rds.

My main thing is they turn my stuff around pretty quick, so I avoid paint shop jail. I use them for glass hood and bumpers and repairs (they did the bumper and hood(s) on my Chevelle pretty regularly). These are lacquer jobs.

The big win was when I redid my pickup. They did the cab and fenders in one week, and then I dropped the box off separately and they turned that in one week. This one was Base Coat/Clear Coat matching the original Apple Red color. Total cost for that was about $3200 (about nine years ago).

Ask for Kevin.

I just noticed they painted my old open car trailer, too, about two years ago.

I haven't even put the lights back on it yet.

Thanks Keith! I will check them out. I'm in Royal Oak so not far from there at all.
