Arrow Official POCI WESTERN REGIONAL MEET "ROUNDUP" in Tucson, Nov 2-5, 2023

Have you ever had a buddy describe a Pontiac event that was so much fun that you said, "I wish I could've been there"?

Well, here is one of those events, but you've got to act quickly!

The official POCI Western Regional Meet, known as "ROUNDUP," is coming to Tucson, AZ with a huge four-day series of events, November 2-5, 2023 (Thurs-Sun).

If you are a member of the Pontiac-Oakland Club International (or, if you'd like to become a member of POCI*), you are eligible to be part of the biggest event to happen in the Western Region for nearly a decade!

Yep, it will be just like a national Pontiac or GTO convention — except it is being held here in the Western U.S.! It is open to ALL models and ALL years of Pontiac, Oakland and GMC Truck vehicles.

The two most-important things to know are: To participate, (1) you MUST be a member of POCI, and (2) all attendees MUST pre-register. No exceptions.

What this means is that you cannot simply "show up" in Tucson at the last minute and hope to join in the fun.

We have already accepted registrations from California, New Mexico, Colorado, Texas, Arizona, Utah, Nevada and Idaho.

Act quickly. The pre-registration deadline is just days away, on October 17th

Take a few minutes now to learn all the event details online by visiting the official website: www.TucsonMotorama.com. Or, >CLICK< THIS CONVENIENT LINK.

*Join POCI instantly by visiting www.poci.org OR call the home office in Minnesota at 763-479-2111 during regular M-F business hours with your credit card.

As of October 1, 2023, our Host Hotel (TownePlace Suites) is SOLD OUT
Why'd you wait so long to post it here? And we seriously need to PRINT and MAIL via snail mail the application? No online form? Guess we're back to 1995!

Members of POCI have known about the Roundup for many months. Sorry you didn't get the memo sooner. Regardless, the updated info is gladly shared here simply to alert others to the excitement that has been generated by this big meet.

Please spend some time on the event's website and look over all the material to see if the Roundup appeals to YOU. If so, start by joining POCI.

Yes, there are overflow hotels with available rooms within two blocks of the host hotel, so all is good.

As for an online Registration Form? Well, if that is an offer to volunteer to code the HTML and/or program the ColdFusion scripts that would interface with the Registrar's Excel database file, we'll gladly accept your help!

But alas, this is a one-time-only event, produced by volunteers from the Arizona Chapter #29 POCI who love the hobby so much that they've resurrected the long-ago annual tradition of holding a fun and informative convention in the Western U.S. Thanks for your support!
