Default Who has the best plug wires?

What is everyone running for plug wires and what mm do you like? My msd's are old now. Looking to get something that holds up to heat well.

I've had good luck and wire life with Moroso wires. Also like Taylor Thundervolt wires. Cant say the same about Accel wires. Cheapo Jegs 8mm wires on Debs car are holding up fine (11 years) but dont think they would if frequent plug checks and high heat were part of the picture.

I just got a set of MSD 31193 8.5mm Super Conductors to replace the shot-to-hell Mallory's on my 428. This is with an MSD ready to run distributor that so far has been great. Hope the MSD's are as good as the Taylor's on my brother's Chevelle BBC. Time will tell. Be interesting to see what others are running. Luck to you.

Before my GTO I had a '65 Studebaker w/ sbc 350/TH350 and used the Moroso blue max wires. Had them for 10 years and they went with the car to NC. Understand they are still on it.

The little Monster 461 has Taylor Thundervolt 50 10.4mm wires on it, I like that the only measured at 40 ohms per ft when we were making them, Rule of thumb alwaysb in my book is always go with the least resistance which that will be the Taylor Thundervolt's, msd's, and the moroso's that measure at 40 ohms per ft, ive used them all but my favorite is definitely the Taylor Thundervolt's

Taylor spiro-pro 8mm wires with 135 degree angle boots pre-assembled for BBC.

Taylor is all I will buy now.

Had problems with a set of MSD 8mm and then problems with MSD 8.5mm. Moroso was okay except the silicone covering split open after a few years.

Thanks for the replies. I ordered Taylors 10.4mm, I need the universal ones because the car is turbocharged, routing is not stock.

Good choice, I also run Taylor. Excellent low resistance wire.

Great choice, that is what the 4 fastest cars in our group have been running for a few years now, no complaints. I have always run a Taylor wire.
