Have you done a cranking compression test? If so what are you seeing.

What are the implications of say using the 1973-1974 SD 455 style single trough valve relief piston design, as well as the weird silence on that design, especially given Pontiac's devotion to tweaking the designs of their engines with numerous cylinder head revisions?

Frank,
I am bad with street names, so I hope I have the right one. I believe it was Riverton Rd and Rt130, there was a Gulf Gas Station that I worked at. It had a jug handle around it. Next if you head up Riverton Rd I did some work late in the Wellington housing development and then at the Wellington of Moorestown development. After that if you are on RT130 N right pass the jug handle (from the above gas station) on the right is a small office complex. I worked for a company that had an office in that complex for a few years. All of this was back in the 60's and 70's

Dished pistons and a custom cam and you can run 91.
