Default 67 Repro Dash Pad Quality/Experience ?

A relative of mine needs to replace his 67 dash pad. I see a repro is available. Does anyone have any input on them? Good? Stay away from them?

The last one that I purchased was terrible and I sent it back. That was a few years ago. Maybe someone has bought one recently and can advise.

Oh ouch. Thanks Goatracer.

What was bad about it? Was it the appearance/texture of it? Or did it not fit right?

I'm not sure if anyone has used this company but they look like they could be quality work. Although I haven't seen them personally.

Looking into the car from the windshield you could see a wavy rough molding seam running the length of the pad where it met the metal dash. I might have been able to trim it but I was afraid of making it worse.

Here is one from OPGI, way too short on drivers side so it doesn't cover the dash to the A-pillar

That goes for a lot of OPG's parts. I don't buy from them for that reason and their prices are way to high.

My 66 dash pads need to be "fixed". A guy I know with an upholstery shop here says he can recover it. So I'm going that route if he can do it. I was even thinking of having him recover it with black leather.
